This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.
This is Pet Friendly property and pets are allowed with an associated non-refundable pet fee as follows; 7 days or less $75 per pet, 8 days or more $150 per pet with a limit of 2 pets. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine. Please contact the office to add a pet(s) to your stay.
