Mesquite is known for its outdoor recreation and sunshine. Seven world-class championship golf courses are located just minutes from each other, along with walking and biking trails throughout the desert landscape.

Off-road and ATV enthusiasts will enjoy access to nearby trails, including scenic routes toward Flattop Mesa, known for some of the best panoramic views in Mesquite. The area also offers easy access to destinations such as Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon, and the Valley of Fire, all within a few hours' drive.

Mesquite is conveniently located on Interstate 15, approximately 80 miles from Las Vegas and 36 miles from St. George, Utah. The area also features casino resorts with gaming, dining, spas, and entertainment available year-round.

Pet Policy

This is a dog-friendly property. Up to two dogs are welcome. Additional fees apply and must be arranged in advance by contacting the office at 702-345-5100.

All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in a secured pet waste bag in the outdoor trash receptacle. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Extended Stays

For stays of 28 days or more, a cleaning fee equal to 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee will apply to maintain cleanliness and quality throughout extended stays.
