Cancellations and Changes 

All cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% Processing fee. Cancellation requests received 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of all monies paid less the 10% Processing fee and the non-refundable Administrative fee. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies. Change request to reservations may be made 30 days or more prior to arrival and are subject to availability. No changes to reservations may be made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for obtaining confirmation of the cancellation/change request. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows. 

We are currently offering self check-in procedures in the following steps: 

1. Complete your rental agreement that will be sent to the email provided at the time of booking

2. Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking at least 2 days prior to your expected arrival date. If you do not receive your instructions please double check your email that you provided. If you discover a typo or need to update your email please call our office at 702-345-5100 and ask for Reservations. 

The earliest check-in that can be accommodated is 1 pm and is subject to availability. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 no more than 2 days prior to your expected arrival date to request adding an early check in to your reservation. The associated fee is $25 per property. 

The latest check-out that can be accommodated is 1 pm and is subject to availability. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 no more than 2 days prior to your expected departure date to request adding a late out check out to your reservation. The associated fee is $25 per property. 

No. When you book with Mesquite Vacation Rentals, you will have 24/7 access to your online guest portal. An email will be sent containing login credentials that have already been created for you. For your convenience we have included the link to the guest portal HERE.
