Cancellations and Changes
All cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% Processing fee. Cancellation requests received 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of all monies paid less the 10% Processing fee and the non-refundable Administrative fee. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies. Change request to reservations may be made 30 days or more prior to arrival and are subject to availability. No changes to reservations may be made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for obtaining confirmation of the cancellation/change request. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.
