We've put together a list of commonly forgotten items to help you prepare for your upcoming Mesquite Vacation!
Coffee makers and/or Keurig's are provided but please plan to pack your favorite coffee for your stay.
The fridge will be empty upon arrival. For added convenience, you may utilize delivery services such as Walmart, Instacart or Door Dash for groceries.
Mesquite Vacation Rentals does not provide golf club rentals. If you are having golf clubs shipped, please contact our office to make arrangements.
Hotel style toiletries are included with each reservation. Including: mini shampoos, mini conditioners, mini lotion, makeup wipes and bar soap.
Many of our properties come with pool access, whether it's a community pool or private. However, Mesquite enjoys a very nice recreation center with an indoor pool as well as outdoor for those Summer travelers.
Each property will include access to basic cable and/or streaming services. Check your login information and make sure you can login to your favorites such as Netflix, Disney+, HULU ESPN and more!
HERE'S A FEW THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
POOL HOURS
The community pool and hot tub will be open at 6 am and close at 10 pm. Your pool fob will be located inside the condo for your convenience.
PARKING
Each rental includes ONE assigned and overed parking space and your associated parking pass will be left inside the condo for your convenience. ALL covered parking spaces are assigned to a condo. Please ensure that you have parked in the correct space. Your parking space number will be included with your check-in instructions. Additional personal vehicles may use any of the uncovered parking spaces without a parking pass.
There are several spaces to accommodate oversize parking. HOA restrictions may apply. Please contact Colonial Property Management for proper trailer parking procedures and requirements at 702-345-2200.
Hawk Ridge Condominiums are located at 890 Kitty Hawk Drive!
POOL HOURS
The community pool and hot tub will be open at 5 am and close at 10 pm. Your pool fob will be located inside the condo for your convenience.
PARKING
Unless it's noted otherwise, each rental includes access to at least a 1 car garage. All vehicles must be parking inside the garage or on the driveway. The garage remote will be located inside the property upon arrival for your convenience.
There is a small lot in the back corner of the complex that is meant for trailer parking. Please contact the governing HOA, Terra West, at 702-346-2288 for proper trailer parking procedures and requirements.
