You will have private access to the entire home, including the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, outdoor space, private pool, and garage.

The home has ground-level interior access, but there are stairs leading to the front door. Please consider this when determining whether the property meets your accessibility needs.

Occupancy and parking

* NOTICE: Mesquite City Code prohibits more than 10 persons on property at all times, including children and visitors.

* Parking is complimentary and LIMITED to 5 vehicles.

* Trailers count as 1 vehicle.

* Please NO street parking.

* Garage access is included with your reservation.

Pet Policy

This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been given.

Service animals are always welcome; we ask that you let us know prior to booking.

Violations of the pet policy will be subject to immediate eviction, applicable pet fee charges, and a $500 fine.

Private pool

* Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per night.

* Payment is required in advance to activate pool heat.

* Pools typically take approximately 6 hours to reach temperature.

* Same-day or late-night requests cannot be guaranteed, especially overnight.

* Pool heat is provided only for the dates requested at the time of booking.

* Maximum pool temperature is 85°F. Please request pool heat only if this meets your comfort level.

* No refunds will be issued for unused pool heat, including partial stays or changes in usage.

* Guests may not adjust pool heat settings or activate heating independently.

* Unauthorized use or tampering with pool equipment may result in additional propane charges and a $500 fine.

Long-Stays

For extended stays of 28 days or more, a cleaning fee equal to 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee will apply.
