The home offers a comfortable layout for families, friends, and golf groups, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and inviting gathering spaces throughout. Whether you fill your days with local activities or prefer to spend most of your vacation poolside, Cactus Splash gives you the flexibility to make your stay your own.

Your Cactus Splash Stay

Your vacation can be as active or relaxed as you would like. Here is one way to experience Mesquite during your stay:

Day 1: Settle In & Make a Splash

Arrive in Mesquite and head directly to Cactus Splash after 4 pm. Get settled, pick up dinner or groceries, and spend the afternoon enjoying your private pool and slide.

Take in the backyard views as the day winds down, then enjoy a relaxed evening at the property.

Day 2: Golf, Adventure & Pool Time

Start your morning with one of the complimentary activities included with qualifying MVR stays (27 days or less). Choose from golf at Coyote Willows, Sun River, or Coral Canyon, an e-bike rental, a Crush Golf tee box session, or another available activity. One "ticket" for 1 adult provided daily.

For something more adventurous, take advantage of the exclusive MVR guest discount at Prime Polaris Adventures and explore the desert by ATV.

After your morning adventure, return to Cactus Splash for an afternoon in the pool.

Day 3: Discover Local Mesquite

Spend part of the day exploring Mesquite beyond the golf courses. Visit a local museum or the local art gallery, enjoy lunch in town, and discover some of the area's history and local culture.

If you are looking for a longer outing, Zion National Park is approximately 80 miles away, making it a great option for a full-day adventure. Come back to Cactus Splash for one more evening enjoying the backyard and pool.

Arrival Details

This is a self check-in property. You will use a secure keypad to unlock the door.

Proceed directly to the property on or after 4 pm to check in.

Your code is timed for the standard 4 pm arrival and 11 am departure.

Please contact our office to inquire about early check-in or late checkout availability, there is an associated convenience fee of $25 for each service.

Detailed check-in instructions are emailed once your rental agreement is completed through the guest portal.

Pet Policy

This home is NOT pet-friendly and pets are NOT permitted.

Service animals are always welcome; we ask that you let us know prior to booking.

Violations of the pet policy will be subject to immediate eviction, applicable pet fee charges, and a $500 fine.

Private Pool

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per night

Payment is required in advance to activate pool heat

Pools typically take approximately 6 hours to reach temperature

Same-day or late-night requests cannot be guaranteed, especially overnight

The pool will be set to heat only for the dates requested at the time of booking

Maximum pool temperature is 85°F - please only request heat if this meets your comfort level

No refunds will be issued for unused pool heat (including partial stays or changes in usage)

Guests may not adjust pool heat settings or activate heating independently

Unauthorized use or tampering with pool equipment may result in: Additional propane charges and a $500 fine
