There are also 7 golf courses within 5 miles of the condo, providing you a lot of choices to satisfy your golfing experience.

Mesquite is conveniently located on Interstate 15 just 80 miles from Las Vegas and 36 miles from St. George, Utah. Within a couple hours drive you can hike Zion Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon, Gold Butte National Monument or visit the Valley of Fire.

All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
