The condo features stair access to the front door and the primary bedroom, which is located on the second floor for added privacy. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bathroom.

On the main level, you'll find two additional bedrooms with one king bed and two queen bed, along with touch lamps and charging ports in every room. The condo also offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer.

Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, and features a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass.
