Where You'll Park

Two spaces inside the attached garage are included for guest use

The 3rd car garage is reserved for the owner's vehicle and is not available for guest use

Street parking is not permitted

All trailers must be fully parked inside the garage and may not be left in the driveway at any time

Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets permitted with additional paid pet fees

Please contact the office prior to arrival to add your pets to your stay

All pet waste must be properly collected and disposed of in the outdoor trash receptacle using a secured pet waste bag

Any damages that the pet fee cannot cover are guest responsibility

**Violations of the pet policy will be subject to immediate eviction, pet fee charges and $500 fine. **

Important Policies/Procedures

Offered by Mesquite Vacation Rentals, a confirmation email including your rental agreement will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience but will not exceed the maximum sleep capacity.

For extended stays of 28 days or more, a cleaning fee equal to 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee will apply.

Grill/Fire Pit/Hot Tub propane ONLY included; please see pool heat policies and procedures.

Primary bedroom closet is LOCKED for owner use only

This property is equipped with an exterior security camera located at the front door. The camera is used solely for security purposes and monitors the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private guest areas.

Pool Heat Policy & Procedures

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per night

Payment is required in advance to activate pool heat

Pools typically take approximately 6 hours to reach temperature

Same-day or late-night requests cannot be guaranteed, especially overnight

The pool will be set to heat only for the dates requested at the time of booking

Maximum pool temperature is 85°F - please only request heat if this meets your comfort level

No refunds will be issued for unused pool heat (including partial stays or changes in usage)

Guests may not adjust pool heat settings or activate heating independently

Unauthorized use or tampering with pool equipment may result in:
